Shipping & Delivery Policy
1. Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 24 Hours.
- Note: Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated based on weight and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.
3. Free Shipping Eligibility
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders. The discount is automatically applied at checkout once the subtotal meets the threshold.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS containing a tracking number and a link to our courier partner’s website. Tracking info usually becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.
5. Delivery Attempts & Issues
- Multiple Attempts: Our courier partners generally make up to 3 attempts to deliver. If unsuccessful, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a refund (minus shipping fees) will be processed for prepaid orders.
- Wrong Address: Please ensure your delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
