At Atrova, we want you to be completely satisfied with your ready-made garments. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
Eligibility Window
- You have 7Â days from the date you received your order to initiate a return or exchange.
- All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn and Unused: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Condition: The item must have all original tags still attached.
- Free from Odors: Items must be free of any odors, pet hair, stains, or damage.
Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Undergarments, socks, and face masks (for hygiene reasons).
- Gift cards.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customercare@atrova.co.in . Please include your Order Number and specify whether you require a Return (Refund) or an Exchange.
- Receive Instructions: We will provide you with detailed instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
- Ship Back: Carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us within the 7-day window.
Returns for Refund
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Return Shipping Cost:Â The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost will be deducted from your total refund.

Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us immediately.
- Exchanges are subject to inventory availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a full refund instead.
- We will ship the new item to you once the original item is received and inspected.
- Exchange Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for shipping the original item back, and we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
