1. Order Cancellation
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your order for a full refund until it has been shipped.
- After Shipping: Once an order is in transit, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery at the doorstep or initiate a return after receiving the package.
2. Return Eligibility
- Window: Items must be returned within 7 Days of the delivery date.
- Condition: To be eligible, garments must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and health reasons, certain items like innerwear, socks, and masks cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page are also excluded.
3. The Refund Process
- Quality Check: All returns undergo a quality inspection. This usually takes 2–5 business days from the time we receive the item.
- Payment Method: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method .
- Timeline: Once initiated, banks typically take 5–7 business days to reflect the amount in your account.
- Deductions: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
4. Exchanges
- If you have a sizing issue, we offer a one-time exchange for a different size of the same style, subject to stock availability.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please report it to our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
